Why do they always get my order correct? You think just once they would mess up there delicious hot coffee??? Either too hot or too cold... but no always perfect! Nothing to complain about so I’m complaining about perfection!!! Thanks anyway!

Do not come here if you are in a rush. I have been here multiple times over the course of 2 years. They have never been quick with drinks. If there are 4 cars in line, you will wait almost 30 minutes for DRINKS. Also, if it's taking this long to make drinks, they should come out with no mistakes. Anyone in the service industry knows this is unacceptable. Either train or replace your staff.

This Starbucks seems understaffed, they were incredibly backed up when we ordered. It took 30 minutes to receive 2 drinks and a cake pop. The barista was reminded multiple times to make one drink, but he did give us a larger size for waiting for so long. We would remind him, and he would make an order placed behind ours. When I asked another employee for the cake pop I was waiting for, I was told they were served in the order they came in. However, at least 4 orders behind us were all served before ours. When she brought the cake pop, she carelessly threw it on the counter without even looking at me. Very unimpressed with service here.

Never experienced such a rude and nasty employee!!! Not familiar with some of the lingo of Starbucks. Found myself being outright mocked by a female employee with long dark hair working the drive through. When I asked to speak to the manager, they female employee literally stood behind the manager making smirks, while laughing and waving in such a rude and nasty way. I have never ever have had this happen before from any establishment! The total lack of respect from a so called employee should never be tolerated. The date is 3/29 at approximately 8pm. Should not be hard to figure out who she is. I am sure this is not the reputation you want to portray, but I will not be back.
